MSR ENTERPRISES PROVIDES BOTH TECHNICAL & PHYSICAL OPERATION OF THE SCHOOL BUS

Please read these terms carefully before using the online payment facility. Using the online payment facility on this website indicates that you accept these terms. All payments are subject to the following conditions:

• The Parent agrees and accepts the payment facility services of the MSR Enterprises, provided by the Payment Gateway Service Provider for fee payments.
• MSR Enterprises will take all reasonable steps to ensure accuracy in payment details but is not liable for any errors.
• For payment queries or disputes, the Parent agrees to inform and settle directly with MSR Enterprises.
• Transaction charges and taxes for net banking, debit/credit cards are applicable and subject to change without prior notice.
• In case of duplicate payments qualifying for a refund, the amount will be refunded within 7 to 14 working days.
• Transaction charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds, if agreed by MSR Enterprises, will follow their policy and may involve cancellation charges and fees.
• Payments typically reflect in the MSR Enterprises account within two working days.
• MSR Enterprises is not responsible for payments declined by the bank or card provider.
• MSR Enterprises is not liable for damages arising from the use of this website or its linked resources.

Refund Policy

If the Student leaves the School before completing their course, there shall be no entitlement to a refund of any fees. Refunds, if applicable, will be made at the discretion of the MSR Enterprises Office.
